Privacy without a calendar login.
Short version: your working hours, invitee zones, and imported ICS files are processed in your browser. We do not receive or store them.
Data the tool uses
The validator reads the schedule configuration you enter and, if you choose one, the contents of an ICS file. That processing happens locally on your device. Calendar files are not uploaded. We do not ask for calendar credentials, names, email addresses, or payment details.
Storage on your device
Your latest weekly configuration is saved in browser local storage so it can be restored on your next visit. The service worker may cache application files for offline use. Clear this site’s browser data to remove both. Imported ICS contents are held only in the open page and are not persisted.
Review links and exports
A review link encodes weekly configuration—including timezone names, days, and hours—after the # in the URL. Browsers do not send URL fragments to the server. Anyone you give that link to can read its configuration. ICS contents are never included in links. CSV exports are created locally and handled by your browser.
Network and measurement
The production host necessarily receives standard web request data such as IP address, user agent, requested path, and timestamp in short-lived infrastructure logs. The application contains no behavioral analytics, advertising, cross-site trackers, or third-party runtime scripts.
